There was a time when I found myself on my paddleboard, looking out over the water, wondering how to navigate yet another crossroads in life. I had just been made redundant from a corporate position, and uncertainty loomed ahead. Like many, I have faced personal, financial, family, and relationship challenges. I understand how overwhelming life transitions can be—whether it's career changes, navigating menopause, or simply feeling stuck.

I use my experiences—combined with proven coaching strategies—to help YOU regain confidence, direction, and emotional well-being.

What brings me joy? The simple things in life. My dog, and being out in or on the ocean. Being with my friends. I love to Stand Up Paddleboard (as does my dog!), I love to swim in the ocean. I enjoy the mornings dipping with friends, watching the sun rise, and the challenge that the winter temperatures bring. I am passionate about eating well and eating healthy. I love my food and I love to share it. I embraced a new challenge when I became fully plant based (vegan) for health reasons.

I assign my energy to the things in my life that feed my energy. In that way I have way more in the tank to approach my days with energy, enthusiasm and a positive mindset.

But through these challenges, I learned the power of resilience, mindset shifts, and the importance of surrounding yourself with the right support system. I have learnt to embrace those aspects of my life that I am passionate about and ensure that the things that bring me joy are a predominant part of my day to day being.

Menopausal mind shift

Those of us that are going through or have experienced some, many or all of the typical symptoms of menopause can often feel isolated, odd, weird, confused, stressed and misunderstood.

Society likes to shy away from talking about many of the symptoms of menopause as though they are embarrassed by its existence. As such, menopausal women are often given labels that do nothing to contribute to your self esteem, understanding and experience of something that I like to refer to as your second puberty!
